Just more pictures of rocks, trees, bushes, mountains, and all that other boring stuff... That's one of the criticisms' of the Ansel Adams' style of photography... "no soul", "not relevant to contemporary social issues", "an example of the West Coast Style (distainfully voiced)". News flash... Taking pictures of rocks and bushes is just as challenging as taking pictures of riots, debutant balls, shiny cars, or political rallies.

I struggle at landscape photography; often I'm beguiled by the beauty of a place but can't infuse that beauty onto a piece of film.
